USF Winter Break Closure

*New Feature* Download to Excel. Take a look at our new Download to Excel feature that allows users to export a student’s Tier 3 progress monitoring data into an Excel spreadsheet.

Improved Screen Layouts. Our school-level reports page now has a ‘Tab’ format and our Assign Custom Permissions allows a single glance view of a user’s permission status. See our February bulletin for details on these new layouts.

Last Name, First - Several reports and our Incident Search will now display student names in the “Last Name, First Name” format.  This new format allows for easier sorting when copying and pasting results into Excel.

Nov 5 Tier 3-Ready for Use! The RtIB Database’s Tier 3 features are now available for all Florida schools. Contact the RtIB Database team to let them know you’re interested.

Three New REPORT Resources
The RtIB database provides reports at the school and district level to assist teams in evaluating the effectiveness of their core curriculum for behavior. Click here to watch a short module explaining the different reports. You can also download a 1-page handout for the School-Level Core Report, or download a handout for the District-Level Core Effectiveness Reports.

CHECK YOUR SCHOOL DEMOGRAPHICS. To maintain accuracy of your reports, it is recommended that you compare the enrollment information from your school's main data system to the information stored in the RtIB database. Your enrollment data only need to be updated if there is a significant change during the year (>10% for any group).

Jan. 29

The database will be unavailable starting at 6pm on Tuesday, January 29th for system updates. The scheduled updates will result in significant changes to the Tier 2 features. New password requirements – all users must update their RtI:B password. The requirements are provided on the screen where you complete the password change, or you can hear them described in our Mini-Module called "Accessing your RTIB Account."

**Scheduled Maintenance** The RtI:B Database will be unavailable on Thursday, April 12 from 5pm-6pm EST.

**Expanded Permissions** Users with Coach and Specialist access levels can now view incidents for any student in their school.

More than 90 schools in 18 different districts will begin using the database to make informed decisions about their supports for student behavior. Additional districts will begin planning for their use of the database throughout the fall semester.
